Children aged 3 are entitled to Early Years Funding commencing in the school term after their 3rd birthday. This is a universal offer for all 3 and 4 year olds for to up to 15 hours per week of free learning, delivered flexibly over either 3 half day sessions per week or 1.5 days per week for 38 weeks of the year. There is a £1.50 charge for lunch for children who attend a morning session.
From September 2017, we are also offering the additional 15 hours funding. We have either a stretched offer or a term time offer available to those families that qualify for 30 hours of government funded childcare. Please note that HMRC have sole responsibility for confirming eligibility for the additional 15 hours, please refer to www.childcarechoices.gov.uk to apply.
We also offer 2 Year Old Government Funding for those families that qualify. You can check online at http://www.familyspacecroydon.co.uk/ and choose the ‘two year old funding’ option. If you qualify, you should bring your reference number into the nursery for us to check. Alternatively, we are happy for you to come in and visit us and we can complete the form with you and check your eligibility together.
Before your child’s starting date, we require two weeks fees as a deposit (which will be refunded when your child leaves the Nursery) PLUS two weeks fees in advance. The nursery is under no obligation to hold a place open for your child unless we are in receipt of these funds.
We accept payment by one or more of the following methods:
- Debit or Credit Card (preferred method)
- Child care vouchers
- Standing Order (details of our bank account are available if required)
Invoices are issued on a monthly basis and must be settled within 15 days of receipt. in the event of non-payment we will issue you with a letter giving warning that if the fees are not paid within a further 7 days your child’s place will be suspended.
We occasionally give short term bursaries to a selection of parents whose children would benefit from attending the nursery, gaining learning and experiences that they may otherwise not receive.
As a Christian organisation we try to give opportunities that children wouldn’t otherwise have. We believe every child deserves the space to play and to grow.
